Users of "Leto" may browse information posted on "Leto" and electronic information provided, participate in events operated by "Leto", etc. in accordance with these Terms of Use. All users of this service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are requested to use this service at their own will and responsibility.

Prohibited Activities

Users shall not perform the following acts in this service.

We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of this service.

Disclaimer and Exemption

We do not guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, that this service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects, errors, bugs, and rights violations related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc.). We shall not be liable for any damage caused to users by this service. However, this exemption clause does not apply if the contract between us and users regarding this service (including these terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.

Changes to Service Content

We may change the content of this service or discontinue the provision of this service without notice to users, and we shall not be liable for any damage caused to users thereby.
